Our venue was Nuffield Heath, and until that morning we didn’t know they were a charity! They are doing incredible things around the fitness and wellbeing space, encouraging healthier lifestyles and the benefits of this…

Then it was over to Gemma Crane, who is the mindset maestro! Everything she spoke about resonated with the whole room.. especially the power of manifestation! As Kelly always says, PMA!

And finally it was over to Adam, Adam and Rich the trio of trailblazers who just finished their epic trek! (not sure any of us noticed 😝) What started as a simple walk and talk turned into something extraordinary! Talk about inspiring—can’t wait to see what they’re up to next!
