Well, Norfolk. This feels a bit special. 🧡

I’m in the final four for Business Person of the Year at the EDP Business Awards!

When you run a business, there’s always another problem to solve, another decision to make and something keeping you awake.

You don’t often pause to appreciate what you’ve built.

This has made me pause.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, everything I’ve learnt along the way and the business I’ve built. My name might be on the shortlist, but there are a lot of people behind it; a brilliant team, loyal clients, hardworking candidates and the people who’ve backed me through it all. 🧡

Clearly, a calm announcement wasn’t on the cards. 🍾😂
