Last Thursday, the girls went to show their support to Carly, who was the speaker at the latest FWB Event. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Carly met Kelly many years ago upon a construction site in Norwich, and immediately just “clicked”. They both knew the challenges each other faced, being in such a male dominated environment and from that point their friendship just blossomed…. they have held each others hand when they have needed ‘that’ person, been each others sound board, supported each others goals and celebrated each others wins! ✨
You absolutely bossed it Carly, we are all very proud of you overcoming your fears of public speaking and talking so openly about your challenges.
One take away for us, “your comfort zone is a beautiful place, but you won’t grow in it…” 💭

“My mind is blown.” 🤯 We have lost count how many times we have heard Kelly say this over the last couple of weeks!
We knew the dress was a bit of a statement, but I think it’s safe to say we completely underestimated the response it would have.
Kelly has been inundated with lots of supportive comments from people she knows and many she doesn’t, whether that be face to face, on the phone, or a little message. Each and everyone has meant the absolute world to her, as when you show your authentic self; you show your vulnerabilities.

Kelly took part in the Co.next – Norfolk Chambers of Commerce ‘Understanding Leadership Styles’ Workshop! There was no doubt in this world, that she is a ‘RED!’ 🔴 (but not all of the time!)
It’s safe to say, she had an absolute blast catching up with old faces and meeting plenty of new ones! (All captured by the incredible Rob Dodsworth!)
We are hopeful that with a little collab with Rechenda Smith 🐆 she might be able to keep her office desk plant alive 👩🏻‍🌾🤞🏼
