Hats off @woodtonunitedfc, who played in memory of Karl who used to play for our club, who sadly took his own life a few months ago.
Our boys wanted to participate and raise awareness for mental health. If only the signs were this easy to spot. We need to ‘normalise’ these conversations and must break the stigma.
