Featured on ITV Anglia last night, Kelly Cartwright was interviewed about the increase of retired people going back to work.
The last year has seen ONS have reported the following figures;
• 116,000 more over 50s (in work or looking for work)
• 8.5% rise in men 65+
• 6.8% rise in women 65+
Kelly says “The older generation who are time served; have a mass of knowledge that cannot be learnt straight out of college or university. It takes years to learn the tricks of the trade.”

It enables young people to explore, engage, and articulate their skills & learning experiences to opportunity providers. They are committed to recognising what individuals achieve and accomplish outside of formally accredited qualifications, using digital badges to motivate learning and ambition, and connect young people to training and work related opportunities.

Last night was Future of Women in Business Network event at @brewdogofficial and it was one of the best!
Such a passionate talk by @paigeogould about how we should empower and champion other women!
Kelly first met Paige only a few months ago at Superwoman Fest; to be greeted by a huge smile and her infectious energy who encouraged her to go smash her talk! (Which we know she really appreciated!)
