Exactly 11 years ago today, I started my construction recruitment journey, so it felt like the perfect day to announce this nomination for the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction Awards by the National Federation of Builders!
Looking back, I never ever thought I would be so invested and passionate about the construction industry as I am today, I live and breathe construction, and I will do all I can to support, grow and diversify the industry and to have this recognised by this nomination is mind blowing!
