Operations Manager (Mechanical Bias/Building Services)
Location: Wisbech

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a mechanical bias and strong building services knowledge to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the business.

You will work closely with an established team of supervisors, commercial staff, and administrative support, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective coordination, and consistently high standards of service delivery across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a hands-on operational role and enjoys working collaboratively within a growing business.

Pay: Competitive (DOE)
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Required;

– Previous experience in an Operations Manager position
