Requirements/Qualifications

CSCS Card
SMSTS
1st Aid
Proven Residential (inc Housing Association) site management experience
Two working references

Job Duties

Assisting with the day to day running of the site
Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met
